After making your cruise reservation, email a copy/screenshot of the gift certificate and your booking number to SharedServicesGiftCertificateRedemption@rccl.com. 3. You will be notified within 10 business days when the certificate has been applied to your reservation. If you still have a remaining balance, it will deduct from what you owe. If you paid for the entire cruise upfront, you will get a refund to the card you originally used to pay for the value of the certificate.
